How to reach us and what to expect.

We help teachers and school administrators using DoubleXL Assess. If something isn’t working, or you have a question about grading, syncing, or grade passback, contact us using the details below.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Mountain Time (excluding U.S. holidays)

Response times

  • General questions: we respond within 1 business day.
  • Service-affecting issues (e.g., launches failing or grades not posting): we prioritize and respond as quickly as possible during support hours.

What to include

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • Your name, school or district, and role (teacher or administrator);
  • The Schoology course or assignment involved;
  • A description of what you expected and what happened instead;
  • The approximate date and time of the issue; and
  • A screenshot, if available.

Please do not include student names or other personally identifiable student information in support messages.

Escalation

If an issue is urgent and affecting grading for a class, note “URGENT” in your email subject or state it by phone. Unresolved or critical issues are escalated to our engineering on-call.
