Response times
- General questions: we respond within 1 business day.
- Service-affecting issues (e.g., launches failing or grades not posting): we prioritize and respond as quickly as possible during support hours.
What to include
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:
- Your name, school or district, and role (teacher or administrator);
- The Schoology course or assignment involved;
- A description of what you expected and what happened instead;
- The approximate date and time of the issue; and
- A screenshot, if available.
Please do not include student names or other personally identifiable student information in support messages.
Escalation
If an issue is urgent and affecting grading for a class, note “URGENT” in your email subject or state it by phone. Unresolved or critical issues are escalated to our engineering on-call.
